What your future day will look like:

Process vendor invoices and reconciling credit card statements
Set up new project baseline, budgets and client invoices
Establish and maintain good working relationships with project managers and client accounting personnel to facilitate the collection of B2B invoices.
Make collection calls or send emails to facilitate receipt of payments.
Researches and resolves client disputes and discrepancies.
Escalates issues to Controller in a timely manner.
Processes purchase orders from requisitions to issuing purchase orders to vendors, and reconciles received equipment with invoiced equipment
Facilitates the employee expense report approval process

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Associate or BS in Accounting preferred
Ability to pass background and personal credit check and drug test
Experience in Word, Excel and/or any accounting software
2+ years of AP and/or AR experience
