    Dermatology Associates is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist/Bookkeeper to join their dedicated team.     Responsibilities:
    • Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and general ledger entries
    • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner
    • Perform monthly credit card and bank reconciliations
    • Assist with monthly provider payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
    • Monitor and manage cash flow, reporting discrepancies to management
    • Support month-end and year-end close processes
    • Coordinate with vendors, staff, and external accountants as needed
    Requirements:
    • 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience with QuickBooks experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical office setting
    • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
    • Experience with accounts payable, payroll processing, and general ledger entries
    • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
    • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
    • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
