Accounting Specialist
Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Specialist:

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing and payment execution
• Review and reconcile accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist with general ledger activity, account balancing, and data entry tasks
• Support accounting operations and month-end close processes
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and vendors regarding payment and accounting inquiries

Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist:

• Experience managing full-cycle accounts payable processes
• Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals, including debits, credits, and general ledger review
• Experience with account reconciliations, balancing, and financial data entry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
