Position Summary
McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLP (MRLP) is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable
Accounting Specialist to join our Accounting Department. This role is responsible for the
daily processing and application of incoming funds, preparation of bank deposits, and
accurate posting of cash receipts to client and internal accounting systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a high degree of accuracy, and
the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment.
This is a fully in-office position requiring regular handling of physical checks and deposit
processing equipment.

This position is fully in-office and is not eligible for remote work. Regular attendance during standard business hours is required. Daily use of banking systems, accounting software, and remote deposit scanning equipment is expected. The office environment is generally quiet to moderate in noise level.
