Accounting Specialist/AP

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is looking for an Accounting Specialist/AP.

 

As the Accounting Specialist/AP, we are looking for someone who is able to do the following: 

·       Independently manage all of the AP processes

·       Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices

·       Prepare accounts payable vouchers to include approvals and account codings

·       Review and process expense reports

·       Perform weekly check run

·       Process monthly subcontractor timesheets

·       Work on process improvements

·       Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

·       Minimum of three years of Accounting experience

·       Working knowledge of Deltek Costpoint or other GovCon ERP systems

·       Extremely detailed in a highly fast environment

·       Proficiency with MS Office (specifically Excel)

·       Effective oral and written communication skills

·       Ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships with whom interaction is required

Required Experience

Preferred Experience/Skills

·       BA/BS in Accounting and/or Finance from an accredited college/university

·       Other education along with commensurate experience may be substituted

 

Salary range will be $55k-$65K
