Job Summary:
The Accounting & Reporting Specialist supports financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance activities within the Financial Controlling function. This role contributes to accurate and timely financial reporting while supporting operational excellence and governance across the organization.
Working within the Group Financial Controlling team, the specialist supports financial steering and reporting processes that help enable long-term profitable growth and business transformation while ensuring compliance with global frameworks and local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the accurate and timely execution, preparation, and submission of financial reporting in compliance with company frameworks and local GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain high-quality accounting and reporting standards to support business steering and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify and review quality issues in accounting processes and communicate findings to the team or country group for remediation.
  • Perform reconciliations, analytical reviews, and financial analysis while maintaining effective internal controls.
  • Prepare, review, post, and reconcile journal entries including costs, revenues, accruals, intercompany charges, treasury-related tasks, and functional adjustments.
  • Ensure financial data is processed accurately and in accordance with the accounting framework.
  • Collaborate with global and country teams to minimize deviations from global financial frameworks while supporting local compliance needs.
  • Participate in global projects supporting the simplification, harmonization, and automation of financial reporting and operations.
  • Support internal and external audits, annual filings, and other compliance activities.
  • Maintain collaboration with core business areas, process teams, and group functions to support business operations and reporting needs.
  • Contribute to a safe and compliant working environment aligned with company policies.
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible accounting or auditing experience in a similar or larger organization.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Understanding of governance, compliance requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.

  • Experience working with global accounting frameworks and multinational financial operations.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional financial operations within large organizations.
  • Experience working with data analytics or financial technology tools supporting reporting and automation.
