Overview:Our client, a rapidly growing real estate corporation, is seeking an experienced Accounting Process Documentation Specialist for an immediate, on-site consulting engagement. In this role, you will partner closely with the finance leadership team to map out, standardize, and formally document core operational accounting processes across the department.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct structured discovery interviews with operational accounting staff to evaluate daily workflows, roles, and process handoffs.
- Design and draft comprehensive, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the operational accounting function.
Key Requirements:- Proven track record of interviewing stakeholders and translating complex accounting workflows into clean SOPs.
- Demonstrated expertise in step-by-step process mapping and desktop procedure creation within corporate finance.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate sector is preferred.
