About the Role

JSR Associates is looking for a detail-oriented, organized Payroll and Accounting Assistant for our client in Osseo, MN, to support payroll processing and day-to-day accounting which includes cost accounting , Sale Tax and general ledger.

This is a full-time, on-site position.

Salary: $60,000–$67,000, with full benefits.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience with ADP Workforce payroll.
  • An accounting background is highly preferred.
