Accounting Part Time Admin Assistant

National Star Services is a 28-year-old facility management company providing services nationwide and we are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Admin Assistant to join our team in Chicago, IL 60608.

This is a Temp-To-Hire opportunity

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing accurate data entry.
• Preparing and processing customer invoices.
• Maintaining and organizing customer files and records.
• Providing excellent customer service over the phone and in person.
• Assisting with general administrative and accounting support duties.
• Performing additional office-related duties as assigned.

3 Day Schedule:

Monday, Thursday, & Friday

6:30 AM – 1:00 PM

(20 Hours Per Week)

Pay Rate:

$20.00 per hour

Requirements

• Must provide an updated resume.
• Must provide two valid forms of identification.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly encouraged.
• Willingness to undergo a Background Check.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Must be available to start working as soon as possible.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
