Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting experience
Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite
In-depth knowledge of GAAP and general accounting processes
Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
Strong sense of accountability, urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Core Responsibilities:
Manage the full accounting cycle including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Payroll, and Bank Reconciliations
Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial data in QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop
Prepare and present monthly P&L reports, cash flow projections, and bank reconciliations
Coordinate expense reporting, credit applications, and customer-specific pricing structures
Support and interface with multiple departments including warehouse, operations, and IT
Oversee inventory management processes and assist in operational activities as needed
Lead month-end close, generate monthly KPIs/statistics reports, and maintain calendar-based deadlines
Partner with the company's external CPA firm to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Provide analytical support for cost-saving initiatives and financial performance improvement strategies
