Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• 
  
• Lead the day-to-day accounting operations and drive continuous process improvements
• 
  
• Manage the monthly and year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• 
  
• Assist with quarterly budgeting and forecasting activities
• 
  
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions
• 
  
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance
• 
  
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• 
  
• Identify operational efficiencies and implement process improvements
• 
  
• Coach, mentor, and develop the accounting team by establishing performance goals and supporting professional growth

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 
  
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• 
  
• 2+ years of accounting leadership or management experience
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, and internal controls
• 
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
•
