Accounting Manager

We're Hiring: Accounting Manager!

Are you an experienced accounting professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for financial accuracy and process improvement? We're looking for an Accounting Manager to lead daily accounting operations, oversee financial reporting, and support the development of the accounting team. Interested in more details? Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Oversee general accounting functions, including GL, balance sheets, and financial statements.
• Lead and develop accounting staff through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Manage month-end close, inventory reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial data for accuracy.
• Lead external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and procedures.
• Perform financial analysis, including P&L and balance sheet fluctuations.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 5+ years of accounting and supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Experience with ERP accounting software 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• CPA or working toward CPA certification is a plus.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is from $115K to $130K, depending on experience.
