We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead the financial operations for a manufacturing-focused organization.     Key Responsibilities

    • Financial Management: Oversee all accounting functions, including the month-end close process and internal reporting.
    • Planning & Analysis: Manage the annual budget and weekly forecasting while identifying operational risks and opportunities.
    • Cost & Inventory Oversight: Analyze production cost trends and supervise inventory valuation and cycle count programs.
    • Compliance: Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to corporate financial policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Support: Partner with various departments to provide administrative and operational financial guidance.


    Requirements

    Requirements

    • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
    • Experience: At least seven years of professional experience, including a strong background in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
    • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software; knowledge of NetSuite is a plus.
    • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization.
    • Certification: Holding a CPA or CMA designation is preferred.
