Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager

Salary: $120,000-$130,000 base salary + discretionary annual bonus + medical benefits

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager:

• Oversee monthly billing, financial reporting, and profit & loss statement preparation
• Manage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and financial analysis activities
• Direct accounts receivable and accounts payable functions to ensure accurate financial operations
• Supervise and support a Bookkeeper and Purchasing Associate
• Identify, recommend, and implement accounting process improvements and efficiencies

Qualifications for the Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager:

• 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, senior accountant, or accounting management roles
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel
