Reporting to the Controller, this role will support month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, cash management, and cross-functional process improvements. Accounting Manager - Palm Beach Gardens  - Onsite 2x per week 

A high-growth health company is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their Finance team as the company continues to scale.

Reporting to the Controller, this role will support month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, cash management, and cross-functional process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the month-end close process for the international business
• Prepare monthly sales, cash, and inventory reports and perform related reconciliations for international operations
• Conduct variance analysis between actual results, forecasts, and budgets
• Prepare segmented financial statements and management reports for the international business
• Develop financial forecasts and annual sales and expense budgets
• Partner with IT and Operations to ensure accurate financial data integration between third-party distributor platforms and the company ERP
• Develop, document, and implement new accounting processes, systems improvements, SOPs, and internal controls
• Ensure international accounting processes comply with company policies, GAAP, and applicable regulations
• Support internal and external audits by preparing requested documentation and financial information

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 4+ years of accounting experience
• ERP experience required
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
