Our Client, a high-growth health/nutraceutical manufacturer in the Palm Beach area, is hiring a dedicated and dynamic Accounting Manager to be an integral part of their team. This role will pay up to a $125k base salary depending on experience and fit and operates on a hybrid work schedule.

Accounting Manager (Hybrid Flexibility)

Our Client, a high-growth health/nutraceutical manufacturer in the Palm Beach area, is hiring a dedicated and dynamic Accounting Manager to be an integral part of their team.

This role will pay up to a $125k base salary depending on experience and fit and operates on a hybrid work schedule. 

What You’ll Do

• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting 
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Oversee sales, cash, inventory, and pricing controls
• Partner with IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance on systems and process improvements
• Develop accounting processes, SOPs, and internal controls
• Support audits and other Finance projects

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Strong Knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS/International Accounting experience a plus
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong financial reporting, reconciliation, and forecasting skills
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience required
• Microsoft Business Central experience preferred
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and proactive mindset
