Bilingual Accounting Manager 

A growing Orlando-based organization is seeking a bilingual (Spanish & English) to lead core accounting operations and support continued organizational growth and process improvement initiatives.

This role will oversee receivables, fixed assets, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations while helping support a transition to NetSuite. The ideal candidate is hands-on, systems-savvy, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume receivables operations handling approximately 2,000 invoices weekly
  • Oversee fixed assets and core accounting functions including AP and AR
  • Improve financial reporting accuracy, including P&Ls and balance sheets
  • Support NetSuite implementation and system optimization efforts
  • Lead and mentor an accounting team
  • Help strengthen accounting processes and operational structure

Qualifications

  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
  • NetSuite experience required
  • QuickBooks Online experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
  • Experience managing accounting operations and staff
  • CPA preferred but not required
