Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
• Lead the accounting team and oversee daily department operations
• Manage the monthly close process, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Review balance sheet accounts and ensure financial statement accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate annual external audits and support regulatory reporting requirements
• Analyze revenue, expenses, receivables, and other key financial metrics
• Partner with leadership on tax matters, internal controls, fixed assets, and special projects
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in accounting management
• Strong expertise in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, and audit coordination
• CPA designation preferred; advanced proficiency with accounting and financial reporting systems required
