We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Accounting professional to join our dynamic team in the Healthcare industry. This is an incredible opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, results-driven environment where you will play a vital role in financial management and strategy. You will be responsible for executing all aspects of our financial operations, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements, general ledger management, budgeting, and forecasting. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial principles and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete all accounting operations including AP, AR, Payroll, bank reconciliations and cash flow projections.
2. Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
3. Manage and oversee the entire general ledger system, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
4. Direct company financial planning and budget management functions.
5. Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
6. Manage the preparation of the official annual report of actual revenues, transfers, and expenses.
7. Coordinate the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts.
8. Work with department managers to develop five-year business plans.
9. Assist in establishing short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably in the healthcare industry.
3. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
4. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
5. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
6. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
10. Experience with financial software and systems implementation is a plus.
