Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage accounting and financial reporting team.
Lead month-end close processes and ensure journal entry accuracy.
Review business transactions for GAAP compliance.
Manage Accounts Payable and balance sheet reconciliations.
Review reconciliations and Accounts Receivable responses.
Build presentation-ready decks for senior leadership.
Gather data, present, and explain financial statement variances.
Analyze operations, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements.
Respond to ad hoc financial and operational analysis requests.
