Accounting Manager

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + Bonus Opportunity

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

Lead month-end and year-end close processes while providing accurate financial reporting and business insights.
Develop and implement accounting procedures and SOPs across multiple locations to improve consistency and efficiency.
Manage inventory accounting, profitability analysis, sales tax reporting, and daily financial reporting.
Oversee and support AP and AR functions while ensuring strong internal controls and accurate financial records.
Assist with employee benefits administration, including insurance and 401(k) coordination, while partnering with leadership on additional operational initiatives.

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent accounting experience.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong financial reporting and close process knowledge.
Outgoing, relationship-focused personality with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of personalities; multi-location accounting experience is a strong plus.
