Accounting Manager

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 + annual discretionary bonus + additional incentive pay

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• 
  
• Manage WIP reporting, project financial performance tracking, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis.
• 
  
• Manage client invoicing and ensure compliance with contractual billing requirements.
• 
  
• Support client contract management, billing requirements, and company policy compliance.
• 
  
• Handle month-end and year-end close activities and financial reporting.
• 
  
• Partner with project managers on project-based accounting, budgets, billing, and WIP.
• 
  

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 
  
• Approximately 10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• 
  
• Experience in engineering, architecture, consulting, legal, construction, or a similar project-based business with billable time.
• 
  
• Hands-on WIP accounting experience.
•
