Accounting Manager
Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager
- Lead the month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and accounting best practices
- Assist with annual audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Strengthen and maintain internal controls across accounting functions
- Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Review and approve accounting and HR-related transactions and documentation
- Support budgeting, reporting, and special financial projects
- Partner with leadership to improve financial and operational performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required; CPA or CMA strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, manufacturing preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
