Target Compensation: 120k-135k based off experience level

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Lead the monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
• Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and customer credit processes
• Support audits, tax filings, internal controls, and SOX/J-SOX compliance initiatives
• Supervise accounting staff and support ongoing process improvement efforts across the organization

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior leadership experience overseeing accounting team activities
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX controls, and financial reporting; SAP experience preferred
