Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• 
  
• Manage full-cycle accounting across multiple entities, including AP, AR, inventory, general ledger, and financial reporting
  • Lead month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
  • Oversee inventory accounting, cost tracking, and bill of materials reporting within a manufacturing environment
  • Support real estate accounting activities, including tenant billing and tax reconciliations
  • Mentor and develop a small accounting team while identifying process improvement opportunities

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• 
  
• 5+ years of accounting experience within manufacturing or inventory-driven environments
  • Strong ERP system experience (Infor Visual or similar), QuickBooks, and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with inventory accounting, bill of materials, and multi-entity financial reporting
  • Proven ability to independently manage full-cycle accounting operations from transaction processing through financial reporting
