As we continue to scale our multi-entity portfolio, we’re looking for an Accounting Manager to lead critical accounting functions and help strengthen the financial foundation that supports our growth.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
    • Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial schedules
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports
    • Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
    • Lead internal and external audits, including documentation preparation and audit responses
    • Partner cross-functionally to improve financial workflows and strengthen internal controls
    • Support the integration of new resorts, entities, or acquisitions into accounting systems
    • Identify and lead process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and transparency
    • Coach, mentor, and support accounting team members to drive performance and development

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory experience
    • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
    • Experience managing close processes in multi-entity environments (hospitality or real estate a plus)
    • Proficiency with accounting systems and general ledger management
    • Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally
    • CPA or CPA eligibility strongly preferred
