Accounting Manager - Fixed Assets

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for an Accounting Manager, Fixed Assets with a Global logistics company in Seattle. This role is responsible for leading fixed asset accounting and capitalization activities across a complex, multi-entity global organization. You will oversee fixed asset reporting, capitalization governance, internal controls, audit support, and compliance with GAAP. The position partners closely with senior leadership, operations, strategy, and business development teams to support capital investments, infrastructure projects, and financial reporting initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing asset lifecycle accounting, CIP activities, consolidated reporting, intercompany transactions, and process improvement initiatives while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of the company's fixed asset portfolio.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, including fixed asset accounting and capitalization within a complex organization
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, consolidations, and intercompany accounting
• Public accounting or advisory experience is strongly preferred.

Salary: $125-140k.
