We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage and oversee our financial operations with precision and insight.Responsibilities+ Prepare and deliver monthly financial packages accurately and on time.+ Create monthly financial projections focusing on income and cash flow.+ Conduct proactive analysis on regional and consolidated financials, recommending changes based on findings.+ Coordinate the development and management of regional and consolidated annual budgets.+ Manage audit activities, preparing work papers for external and internal audits.+ Supervise tracking and reporting of fixed assets, sales reporting, and rebate programs.+ Oversee and manage accounts receivable and credit.+ Coordinate day-to-day general accounting and administrative responsibilities.+ Develop reports using Planful.+ Provide backup and assistance to other accounting staff.+ Ensure compliance with the Worldwide Accounting Manual.+ Engage in special projects as required.+ Provide in-depth analysis of business transactions, including customer accounts, manufacturing costs, and sales scorecard.+ Supply accurate data for scenario analysis and propose solutions to business stakeholders.Essential Skills+ Proficiency in month-end closing and financial statement preparation.+ Experience with financial reporting and GAAP standards.+ Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience.+ Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office products.Additional Skills & Qualifications+ CPA certification preferred but not required.+ Experience with consolidation of multiple divisions or businesses preferred.+ Planful reporting experience preferred.+ Experience with international business is a plus.Work EnvironmentThis role offers a hybrid work environment following training, with 3 days in the office and 2 remote.
