What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals
- Oversee client engagements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client relationships
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or related experience
- Experience managing engagements and reviewing financials
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Accounting CS, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
