Accounting Manager

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Manager in Cleveland to oversee and improve accounting operations, ensure compliance, and lead a collaborative team. This full-time role offers flexibility for occasional hybrid work after onboarding.

• Lead and mentor accounting staff, including training, performance evaluations, and goal setting.
• Manage accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and compliance of expense reports.
• Oversee accounts receivable to ensure timely revenue posting.
• Prepare and monitor monthly cash flow forecasts for effective financial planning.
• Supervise general ledger and fixed asset reconciliation processes.
• Handle treasury functions like cash management and bank relations.
• Improve internal controls and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on special projects.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, CPA, 10+ years of experience (including 5+ in management), strong analytical and leadership skills, and excellent communication.
