Carbohydrate Solutions Controlling
This is a full-time, exempt level position.
Description:
We require a resilient and dynamic Accounting Manager to manage the clean fuel related activities as well as other key strategic projects for the Carbohydrate Solutions segment. You will be accountable for leading the associated process and will have dotted line responsibility for parts of the end to end process that are performed by others in the organization. You will develop cross functional and business partnerships with key stakeholders to solve problems and achieve positive business outcomes, driving a culture of accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting. You will also be responsible for the portion of financial statement P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, financial reporting and US GAAP reporting requirements and accuracy and completeness thereof related to these processes.
Strong leadership skills within a global matrix environment will be critical for the role. You will be required to build strong relationships with Financial Centers of Excellence and Record to Report (R2R) colleagues, viewing them as an extension and business partner to the Controlling team, not just as a service provider. The ability to influence others to achieve results is critical to the success of this role, along with an ability to operate in a cost effective environment whilst ensuring high quality deliverables.
You will be responsible for delivering monthly and quarterly management reports, cash flow analysis, balance sheet reviews and P&L variance analysis related to clean fuels activities. You will drive and evolve a strong internal control environment and risk management capabilities to ensure accurate reporting and safeguarding of company assets, throughout both Finance and Business teams. You will be responsible for defining and implementing processes related to clean fuel initiatives, including the roll out and replication of existing process to new plants and locations as needed. You will also support key strategic project work for the segment as assigned.

The role requires someone with strong leadership capabilities including a strategic mindset, execution excellence, customer excellence, people leadership and innovation. Finance technical skills are also required including accounting regulation knowledge, financial statement analysis and the ability to interpret financial statements. The role also requires knowledge of ERPs, financial systems, AI, consolidation and reporting tools along with strong internal controls and compliance (SOX, GAPP) experience. The ability to identify, quantify and mitigate financial controls risk is also required.
The role requires application of core skills such as attention to detail, analytical thinking, critical thinking, complex problem solving and providing solutions. It also requires the application of ethical judgement and integrity, clear communication and team collaboration.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$92,800.00 - $170,400.00The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus
