Our client is a private equity-owned high technology manufacturer and a stable company that has been servicing its clients for over 70 years. Our client is a certified ISO 9001 and AS 9100 manufacturer servicing the Aerospace, Defense, Communication, and Commercial industries. They have been a leader in their space and highly respected by their competitors and clients for their industry-setting inventions, technologies, and advancements.  Our client is looking for a leader to join their accounting team.  They are looking for an Accounting Manager who can build, manage, and mentor a team.  The Accounting Manager must possess a strong attention to detail. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience
  • 5+ years in an accounting leadership role
  • Strong management, leadership, and mentoring experience
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Strong communication, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage external stakeholders (accounting firm, attorneys, vendors, etc.)
  • Target Base Salary $115.0K to $125.0K plus bonus and benefits
