A leading organization is seeking a Capital Accounting Manager to support capital and development projects. This role partners across Finance, Project Management, and Operations to ensure accurate financial tracking, reporting, and budget execution.Key Responsibilities Manage project budgets, commitments, change orders, and cost trackingReconcile Construction-in-Progress (CIP) and maintain alignment with the General LedgerPrepare monthly financial statements and maintain fixed asset schedulesOversee A/P processes, invoice approvals, and codingPrepare draw packages and track project funding and cash flowMaintain project tracking reports and support capital planning initiativesQualifications Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)3–6+ years of project or construction accounting experienceStrong A/P, reconciliations, and financial reporting skillsAdvanced Excel and experience with accounting/project systemsDetail-oriented with ability to manage multiple prioritiesHospitality and/or construction industry experience REQUIRED#J-18808-Ljbffr
