Responsibilities

• 
  
• Oversee accounting operations and month-end close
• 
  
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• 
  
• Maintain and improve accounting processes and controls
• 
  
• Support system implementations and integrations
• 
  
• Partner with leadership on financial insights and business decisions
• 
  
• Mentor and support accounting team members
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 
  
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• 
  
• Strong GL, reconciliation, and financial reporting experience
• 
  
• Process improvement mindset with the ability to thrive in a changing environment
• 
  
• Experience with systems implementations or integrations preferred
