Target Compensation:
120k-130k plus bonus (based off experience level)
Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting
• Manage general ledger, account reconciliations, and internal controls
• Partner with operations leadership to analyze manufacturing costs and profitability
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
• Lead and develop accounting staff while driving process improvements
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Manufacturing industry experience with strong understanding of cost accounting
• ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills
