Accounting Manager

Location: Bartlett, IL
Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 base + bonus

Our client is a stable, family-owned manufacturing organization looking for an Accounting Manager to take ownership of accounting operations across multiple business entities. Your Day-to-Day as an Accounting Manager

• 
  
• Oversee full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, GL, inventory, and financial reporting
• 
  
• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• 
  
• Manage manufacturing and inventory accounting, including BOMs and inventory controls
• 
  
• Oversee accounting for real estate activities, including tenant billing and tax reconciliations
• 
  
• Supervise and mentor a small accounting team while improving processes and controls
• 
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  
• 4+ years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or an inventory-driven environment
• 
  
• Experience with inventory accounting, BOMs, and multi-entity reporting
• 
  
• Strong ERP experience including QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
•
