Accounting Manager
(Cumberland, GA - Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Oversee accounting operations for a portfolio of 5–7 multifamily properties
• Review and analyze monthly financial statements and reporting packages
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of property accountants, AP professionals, and development accounting staff
• Serve as the primary accounting resource for property managers and internal leadership
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with SOP documentation
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting activities

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• 5+ years of multifamily property accounting experience
• Prior experience leading or supervising accounting staff
• Strong financial reporting and financial statement analysis background
• Hands-on experience with RealPage (required)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
• Experience managing multiple properties within a real estate portfolio
