We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Specialist to oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate billing and reporting, and provide meaningful financial insights that support business growth. What You’ll Do
Accounting Operations
- Manage daily accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Oversee financial software and system integrations
- Process customer invoices and ensure accurate recurring billing for managed services agreements and project work
- Reconcile vendor invoices, employee expenses, and credit card transactions
Financial Planning & Reporting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
- Track key financial and operational KPIs
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, revenue planning, and expense management
- Provide timely financial reporting to support executive decision-making
Strategic Finance Support
- Perform cost-benefit analyses and financial modeling to support business growth initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes through automation and operational efficiencies
- Assist with vendor negotiations, contract renewals, and software licensing optimization
- Partner with leadership to support strategic planning and long-term financial objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting principles
- Experience managing recurring billing and contract-based revenue models
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP), IT Services, SaaS, or recurring revenue business
- Experience with financial software integrations and process automation
- Familiarity with business intelligence reporting and KPI analysis
