Accounting Director
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Director:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close processes
• Manage financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities
• Supervise and develop accounting team members
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and grant requirements
• Partner with leadership on financial strategy and organizational planning
Qualifications for the Accounting Director:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience managing audits, budgets, and internal controls
• CPA preferred
