Accounting Director
Ready to lead accounting operations for one of the nation’s most respected nonprofits? This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to drive process improvements, automation, and financial excellence while managing a talented accounting team.
Salary: $110,000-$130,000 base + discretionary bonus up to 10%

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Director:
- Own the month-end close and financial reporting process
• Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and accounting operations
• Lead process improvement, automation, and internal control initiatives
• Research and address technical accounting matters and compliance requirements
• Manage audits and support financial reporting accuracy and integrity
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals
Qualifications for the Accounting Director:
- Progressive accounting leadership experience with strong general ledger expertise
• Prior experience managing and developing accounting teams
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA preferred; nonprofit accounting and NetSuite experience are highly desirable
