Accounting Coordinator
Greater Fort Wayne (100% Onsite) - Must be located in Greater Fort Wayne for consideration
Compensation: $41,600 - $45,760

We’re hiring an Accounting Coordinator to support accounting operations across multiple client locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, staying organized, and being the person others can count on.
What you’ll do as Accounting Coordinator:
- Process and reconcile 50–100 invoices per week, including coding and account allocation
- Reconcile invoices, employee time, benefits, and time-off information
- Pull reports from ADP and assist with journal entries
- Maintain basic Excel spreadsheets and participate in weekly team calls
- Communicate professionally with multiple locations and help keep accounting processes running smoothly
What we’re looking for in our Accounting Coordinator:
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience
- QuickBooks Desktop experience required
- Basic Excel skills, including AutoSum
- Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
- Dependable, organized, outgoing, and self-motivated
