- Handling the voluminous number of autopay/ERS invoices that generate payment inquiry requests from external customer Accounts Payable departments
- Conducting research and follow-up on inquiries performed by the Cash Analysts and Manager
- Generating and maintaining a master Accounts Payable database for inquiries to reduce the number of billing inquiries directed to the Billing and Contract Closeout teams
