Accounting Consultant (Controller Level)

What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting activities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Support audits, tax preparation, and continuous process improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, and internal controls
- Experience leading accounting functions at a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Accounting Manager level
- CPA designation preferred but not required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP system experience
