Accounting Clerk

Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: Winston Salem, NC
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay: 30/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Learn basic manual AR functions:
• Interface with Service Now (SNOW) to retrieve tickets to be processed.
• Use Excel templates to submit bulk update requests via SAP using Winshuttle. Upload to system and respond to SNOW tickets.
• Key manual adjustments into SAP, including write off adjustments that require packeting and approvals.
• Use AI tools to automate above manual processes.

Skills:

• Attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for use with customers and internal partners.
• At least 2 years of experience working with automation.
• Fluency in the Microsoft suite is a must!
