Support the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Enter and verify data in accounting software
• Assist with month-end preparation
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents
• Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing inquiries
• Perform general administrative and reception tasks as needed
