Are you an organized accounting professional with experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable? We're partnering with a well-established employee-owned company seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer payments and maintain AR records
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, credits, and chargebacks
Process vendor invoices and support AP functions
Assist with account reconciliations and monthly reporting
Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments
Qualifications
* 3+ years of office experience, preferably in accounting
* Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
* 45+ WPM typing and 10-key proficiency
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
