We offer a competitive compensation package and a chance to be part of something truly meaningful.Responsibilities:Conduct routine data entry management for accounting records, including accounts receivable, billing, and account adjustments.Review deposit details, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy and apply necessary adjustments to all related accounts.As necessary, assist in all aspects of the audit process, contributing to the accuracy and compliance of financial records.Post journal entries to the Accounts Receivable (AR) and general ledger as needed, ensuring records are up-to-date and precise.May assist with mail pickup and drop-off, customer assistance, and other clerical tasks to support the accounting department.Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities.Qualifications:A high school diploma or equivalent is requiredAn associate's degree in business or accounting is preferred, providing foundational knowledge in accounting principles.At least three years of increasingly responsible experience in accounting; related business school or college courses may be substituted for up to one year of experience.
