Description
PrideStaff Financial is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our golf club client with day-to-day financial operations. This is a temp to hire role; immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, match POs, manage member billings, record payments, and assist with collections.
Data Entry & Operations: Input daily transactions, maintain financial records, and generate standard reports using Jonas software.
Reconciliations & Support: Assist with bank reconciliations, address member account inquiries, and support basic month-end procedures.
Qualifications
Required: Direct experience with Jonas Club Software.
Experience: 1–2+ years of hands-on A/P, A/R, or general accounting support (golf or private club industry experience preferred).
Skills: High data accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and immediate availability to start.
