LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with an established Educational Institution to fill an Accounting Clerk position. This opportunity requires five days per week onsite in Midtown Manhattan. Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payment processing
Maintain vendor records and respond to invoice and payment inquiries
Assist with account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Support month-end accounts payable activities and reporting
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper invoice approvals and coding
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and Vlookups
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
$23-29/hr
