Job Title: Accounting Assistant
Location: Kennesaw, GA
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp, Full-Time
Shift: 1st shift flexible. 8 hour day, can start as early as 7am.

Accounting Assistant Description:
Duties and Requirements
Assist with Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes and maintain accurate customer account records
Perform light accounting and basic bookkeeping duties
Enter daily deposits and update accounting records
Send past due statements and assist with follow-up on outstanding balances
Check credit references for new customer accounts
Maintain organized accounting files and financial documentation
Perform data entry and update accounting information in internal systems
Assist with tracking payments and account balances
Support general administrative and clerical office duties
Prepare documents and reports for the accounting department
Communicate with internal staff regarding account information when needed
Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial records
